The air conditioning is dispersed throughout the home using flexible duct and ceiling diffusers to each zone of the home. These systems often have one central thermostat that is typically located in the wall controls but there are optional upgrades available for more sophisticated temperature sensing and zone control.

Split System Air Conditioning
Split system air conditioners are a two-part system with a wall hung indoor head unit mounted inside the home physically on your wall and the outdoor condenser system installed outside the home. Split system air conditioners are installed to cool/heat individual rooms and to cool/heat an entire home you would have to install multiple split system air conditioners and have multiple outdoor condenser units. Apart from there cooling capabilities most people don’t realise that split system air conditioners are regarded as the most cost-efficient way of heating in winter.
